Chronic workplace and life stressors affect everyone, but did you know that women are 32% more likely to experience burnout than men? This frustration and dissatisfaction leads to diminished health, wealth, and relationships as women can feel stuck in the paradigm of hustle, hard work, and the “do more” mentality. Women are also often taught to abandon their deepest selves in the name of success, achievement, and acceptance. This has worked to achieve success, but it isn’t sustainable to maintain success.
