Rhonda’s approach blends business acumen and proven strategies with relevant techniques to elevate engagement, retention, and productivity. Whether through People Advisory Services, Leadership Development Workshops, or Speaking Engagements, Rhonda’s mission is to transform organizations and empower individuals.

Rhonda is also committed to making a difference through positive community development. She has fulfilled volunteer leadership roles over 17 years and currently serves with the following associations: National Speakers Association (NSA) St. Louis Chapter Board, American Club Association (ACA) Chesterfield Advisory Board, Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) Steering Committee, and Little Black Book (LBB) Women in Business Leadership. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Millikin University, Rhonda completed the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as well as Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certifications.
