The food you eat will either strengthen you or slow you down.

Performance Tips:

  • Intentionally eat foods to propel, sustain, and nourish your mind and body.
  • Track your eating habits for a set period of time to get clarity on how you are fueling your body, control of your diet, and deliberately support your body. Make adjustments as needed.
