IMPACT Strategies Completes Ambulatory Care Facility at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital
IMPACT Strategies has successfully completed its first design-build ambulatory care project for BJC HealthCare, located on the Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital campus in St. Charles County, Missouri. The 18,000-square-foot renovation within an active medical office building features three operating rooms, two GI procedure rooms, pre/post-operation bays, central sterile rooms, and a pharmacy.
To meet an accelerated timeline, the team employed prefabricated headwalls with integrated electrical and medical gas systems, enhancing efficiency and maintaining budgetary goals. Collaboration with architecture firm Archimages and early involvement in the planning process contributed to the project’s success.
This project adds to IMPACT Strategies’ portfolio of healthcare developments in the Greater St. Louis area.
