We have our industry covered with experts to share specific research and information. Our Moderator is back! Our Chair of the Training and Education Committee and Ameren’s Business Development Executive, Monica Conners is here again to help moderate this informative event and keep us on track!

Monica works throughout the Ameren Missouri service territory to deliver energy solutions that support economic vitality throughout the State. She specializes in attraction and expansion opportunities and manages the Ameren economic development incentive process for clients looking to grow or expand.

Amy Berg: President, S.M. Wilson
Bio: S. M. Wilson’s President, Amy Berg has served 25 years in the construction industry. She earned her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin at LaCrosse. Prior to becoming President of S. M. Wilson, Amy was Vice President of Business Development and helped grow S. M. Wilson from $64 million (1996), to $250 million today. She was instrumental for new business, establishing public relations and marketing strategies, and client retention. Amy serves as a board member for Epworth Children & Family Services, Missouri Growth Association, Habitat for Humanity, the Saint Louis University John Cook School of Business and Trailnet.
Subash Alias: CEO, Missouri Partnership
Bio: Since May 2019, Subash Alias has served as CEO at Missouri Partnership. Along with his colleagues, he actively markets the state to companies considering relocating or investing in new operations in Missouri. Before serving as CEO at Missouri Partnership, he was Senior Vice President and worked on the Business Recruitment team as one of four project managers working to attract companies to the state. Subash earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa, and received his MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
David Kehm: Managing Principal, HAD Architects
Bio: David Kehm is the Managing Principal at HDA Architects, a 20-person architecture firm located in St. Louis that is part of the Green Street family of companies. HDA focuses on multi-family, hotels, office buildings, and distribution centers. David is currently involved in projects with Green Street, Midas Hospitality, USCD, and Tiber Health. He brings 34 years of experience in architecture and our region. David earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University.

The SLC3 supports vaccinations to prevent the spread of Covid and #keepSTLworking. If you are not vaccinated you must get confirmation of a negative test result prior to attending our events. If you are vaccinated, no need to show proof at this time. If Covid rates increase, we will revise our in-person event protocols for attendance. Note, masks will be required upon entering.
