Lusnail Rondón Haberberger is the founder and CEO of LUZCO Technologies, LLC. She harnessed her electrical engineering and project management skills to launch LUZCO Technologies in 2017. Under her leadership, LUZCO grew from a one-person business into an award-winning, certified woman-owned and minority-owned boutique engineering firm, with offices in Missouri, Kansas and New York.
Prior to founding LUZCO Technologies, LLC, Lus had a verifiable track record of bringing together cross-functional teams by significantly improving communications between different stakeholders – engineering, applications support, legal and field crew. Her projects included managing and overseeing the execution of a $250 million utility program, as well as several multimillion-dollar electrical reliability projects. Her ability to work on multiple projects in parallel by prioritizing and multitasking made her a versatile and results-oriented leader. Many of her clients praised her ability to effectively prioritize, allocate resources and eliminate redundancies.
As a Venezuelan-born mother of two, Lus has made it her mission to expand resources for local youth, immigrants and women interested in STEM careers and entrepreneurship. She participates in numerous expert panels and mentoring programs. In addition, she launched LUZCOmmunity, a team of LUZCO employees dedicated to local philanthropy. Lus has also served on the Board of Casa De Salud since 2018.
