Construction is officially underway on Rollick, a six-story mixed-use development that marks the first major phase of the ambitious $400 million City Commons redevelopment in Downtown West.
The $24 million project will feature 74 apartments and approximately 3,000 square feet of street-level commercial space, creating new housing and retail opportunities just west of Energizer Park. City Commons is expected to ultimately deliver more than 1,000 residential units and hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial space, helping transform Downtown West into a vibrant live-work-play neighborhood.
